Pets 50 pounds and under when fully grown are welcome! Weallow up to two pets per apartment. There is a $250 pet fee per pet(non-refundable) and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply.

These breed restrictions apply to all North Terraceproperties and are not permitted:

-Pit Bull Terriers, including but not limited to: AmericanPit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrieror any dog displaying a majority of physical traits of any one or more of theabove or other common “pit bull” breeds

-Doberman Pinschers

-Rottweilers

-Staffordshire Terriers

-German Shepherds

-Chows

-Bull Mastiffs

-Huskies

-Alaskan Malamutes

-Wolf – Dog Hybrids

-Great Danes

-St. Bernards

-Akita

-Farm and ranch animals

-Any attack, non-domesticated, or guard dog

-Any non-domestic or exotic animal

-A mixed breed dog which includes, but is not limited to, abloodline of any of the above breeds.

-Any animal with a past history of bites or attacks, whetheron humans or not.
