Amenities
1-Bedrooms: $1,150 and up + $45 monthly water charge
2-Bedrooms: $1,345 and up + $50 monthly water charge
1-Bedrooms: 810-910 Square Ft
2-Bedrooms: 985 Square Ft
Non-Refundable Application Fee: $55 per applicant over the age of 18
Non-Refundable Administration Fee: $200
Refundable Security Deposit: $500
Pets 50 pounds and under when fully grown are welcome! We allow up to two pets per apartment. There is a $250 pet fee per pet(non-refundable) and $35 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply.
These breed restrictions apply to all North Terrace properties and are not permitted:
-Pit Bull Terriers, including but not limited to: American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or any dog displaying a majority of physical traits of any one or more of the above or other common “pit bull” breeds
-Doberman Pinschers
-Rottweilers
-Staffordshire Terriers
-German Shepherds
-Chows
-Bull Mastiffs
-Huskies
-Alaskan Malamutes
-Wolf – Dog Hybrids
-Great Danes
-St. Bernards
-Akita
-Rhodesian Ridgeback

-Caucasian Ovcharka
-Farm and ranch animals
-Any attack, non-domesticated, or guard dog
-Any non-domestic or exotic animal
-A mixed breed dog which includes, but is not limited to, a bloodline of any of the above breeds.
-Any animal with a past history of bites or attacks, whether on humans or not.
